How To Search Archived Meeting Minutes:
These directions apply to Internet Explorer. Other browsers may have slightly different methods and keystrokes to accomplish the same thing.
Meeting Minutes are published in separate files (web pages) in one and two year blocks. Each web page needs to be searched for the specific text you are looking for.
Steps for beginning a search:
1. Open the Meeting Minutes page you wish to search
2. Press 'F5' to refresh
3. Press 'CTL - HOME' to return the the top of the page.
3. Press 'CTL -F' to call up the search window.
Enter the text you wish to search for. Click the 'Find Next' button or press the 'Enter' key. Your text may appear more then once in the web page. Continue to click the 'Find Next' button or press the 'Enter' key to find each additional instance of the search results.
For best results:
- Only enter the minimum of text you are searching for.
- Do not check the 'Match whole word only' or 'Match case' options.
- Ensure that the Direction 'Down' is selected.
