An Ordinance to amend
Chapter 14, of the Code of Ordinances, Charter Township of Flint, Genesee
County, Michigan in accordance with and under the authority of Act No. 110 of
the Public Acts of Michigan for 2006, as amended, known as the “Michigan Zoning
and Enabling Act”.
THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF FLINT, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN, ORDAINS:
Section 1.
Chapter 14, Section
14.11-1 of the Code of Ordinances, Charter Township of Flint, Genesee County,
Michigan is hereby created to read as follows:
Section 14.11-1 entitled ZONING DISTRICT CHANGES.
The following is a duly enacted amendment to the zoning
map:

Penalty
Penalty for violation of this Ordinance shall be the same
as cited in Chapter 1, Section 1.1-12 of the Code of Ordinances, Charter Township of Flint, Genesee County,
Michigan.
Section 3
Short Title
This Ordinance shall be
known as Flint Township Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 5587. (846)
Section 4
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take
effect upon expiration of seven days after publication of the following:
